What Posts is for
Posts is Slash's app for writing you publish on your profile: short updates, essays, and announcements. Each post can be published immediately, saved as a draft, or scheduled for later. This is separate from the Newsletter app in the App Store, which is on a waitlist for email issues and subscriber tooling.
Install Posts
Open Apps, find Posts under Content, and install it. After install, Posts appears in your dashboard sidebar under Addons.
Where to open Posts
Go to /dashboard/posts from the sidebar. Use New Post to open the compose dialog, or Drafts when you have saved drafts.
Typical flow
- Install Posts from Apps if needed.
- Open Posts and click New Post.
- Write your post (title and body; optional image).
- Choose Post to publish now, Schedule for a future time, or Draft Post to save for later.
- Manage published, scheduled, and draft posts from the same page.
