Getting started with Posts

What Posts is for

Posts is Slash's app for long-form content: articles, updates, and stories you compose in a block-based editor. Posts are stored in your account, show up in your Posts list with send and open metrics, and tie into the rest of the Newsletter area (audience, paywall, and distribution).

Plan access

Posts is a Pro-level content app. If you don't see it, open Apps in the dashboard, find Posts, and install it—or upgrade your plan if prompted.

Where to open Posts

In the dashboard sidebar, expand Newsletter and choose Posts. That opens your posts list at /dashboard/newsletter/posts.

From there, click New Post to open the editor at /dashboard/newsletter/posts/editor/new. After your first publish, the same editor is used for each post at /dashboard/newsletter/posts/editor/<id>.

Typical flow

  1. Install Posts (Pro) if needed.
  2. Open Newsletter → Posts and create a New Post.
  3. Add a title and build your body from blocks (headings, text, images, and more).
  4. Click Publish when you're ready to go live (you need at least one content block).
  5. Return to the Posts list to filter by status, review Sends / Opens, and open any post to edit again.
