Forms
Use the Forms app to collect messages, feedback, and responses directly on your profile.
Go to Forms in your dashboard (under Communications) to create and manage your forms.
Share your Slash Forms
You can share any completed form you create with Slash with anyone. Once your form is built and published, you get a unique link you can send in messages, post on socials, or add to your profile. Anyone with the link can open and submit the form—no Slash account required. Responses appear in your Communications inbox so you can review and follow up in one place.
Your form is live as soon as you publish—share the link to start collecting responses.
How to share your form
Publish your form
In the form editor, finish adding slides and fields. When you're ready, use Publish (or Publish changes if you already published). Only published forms can be shared and will show the live link. You can still edit and republish later.
Tip: Use the preview to see how it looks before sharing.
Copy the form link
After publishing, copy the form link from the editor or from your form list. It looks like slash.name/forms/your-form-slug. This is the link you'll share with others.
You can also find it under Share or in the form settings.
Share the link
Paste the link anywhere you want people to fill out the form: direct messages, email, social posts, or your Slash profile. You can add a Forms block on your profile and link it to this form so visitors see it when they visit your page.
Example: Add a link block on your profile with text like "Contact me" or "Send a message" that points to your form link.
View and manage responses
Responses are delivered to your Communications inbox. Open Forms in the dashboard to read submissions, reply, or export data. You can turn off or change the form link anytime by unpublishing or editing the form.
