Pausing Your Plan
Need to take a break? You can pause your subscription at any time without losing your data or content.
What Happens When You Pause
When you pause your plan:
- Your Profile: Remains live and accessible
- Your Content: All your links, blocks, and settings are preserved
- Billing: No charges will be made during the pause period
- Features: Premium features remain active until the end of your current billing period
- Analytics: Analytics data collection continues, but premium insights may be limited
How to Pause Your Plan
- Go to your account settings
- Navigate to the "Billing" or "Subscription" section
- Find the "Pause Subscription" option
- Select how long you want to pause (30, 60, or 90 days)
- Confirm your pause request
- You'll receive an email confirmation
Pause Duration Options
- 30 Days: Short break option
- 60 Days: Medium-term pause
- 90 Days: Extended pause period
During the Pause Period
- You can still access your profile and make changes
- Your profile remains visible to visitors
- You won't be charged during the pause
- You can reactivate at any time before the pause period ends
After the Pause Period
When your pause period ends:
- Your subscription will automatically resume
- You'll be charged for the next billing cycle
- All premium features will be restored
- You'll receive an email notification before resumption
Important Notes
- You can only pause your plan once every 6 months
- Pause requests must be made before your next billing date
- If you have a custom domain, it will remain active during the pause
- You can reactivate early if you change your mind
