Posts with Newsletter and Paywall

Why Posts lives under Newsletter

Slash groups Posts next to Audience and Paywall because long-form posts are part of how you grow and monetize a list: you publish, send (or gate) content, and measure results in one place.

Audience

Use Newsletter → Audience to understand who can receive your writing. Subscriber counts and import tools live there. When you publish a post, distribution rules determine which segments get an email or notification—exact options follow your account configuration.

Paywall

Newsletter → Paywall is where you configure paid tiers and free-preview limits. Posts can be labeled or filtered as free vs paid in the Posts list so you see at a glance what requires a subscription.

Align paywall messaging with the value you promise in featured posts on your profile so visitors who upgrade know what they're getting.

End-to-end picture

  1. Capture subscribers in Audience.
  2. Configure Paywall if you sell access.
  3. Write and Publish from Posts.
  4. Watch Sends and Opens on each row to refine your next piece.
  5. Optionally surface selected posts on your public profile as featured content (see the next article).
